once your order has been placed, it will be processed within 24-72 hours and your order will be shipped between 3-7 business days. we will send you an e-mail with tracking information which you may follow your pack online. shipping company will make 2 delivery attempts to your shipping address. after second attempt, they will hold the package at their warehouse for you to pick up. delivery term may change with your location. please note, shipping companies does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
